Well Being Wednesdays 2!

Join us for a fantastic morning of relaxing activities. Due to popularity, this is now our third project aimed at improving well being for local residents. The morning begins at 10.30 with some seated exercise, gentle stretching and breathing exercises.

From 11.30 – 1.30 participants can choose from either:

  1. Smoothie making and/or juicing
  2. Sewing – with instruction

Some of our sewing projects to date include: quilting; cushion making; table runners and personal repairs and alterations.
